This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of February 19, 2026, by and between Nexora Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Disclosing Party"), and James Rivera ("Receiving Party"), collectively referred to as the "Parties."
For purposes of this Agreement, "Confidential Information" shall include all information or data disclosed by either party, whether orally or in writing, that is designated as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential given the nature of the information.
The Receiving Party agrees to hold the Confidential Information in strict confidence and not to disclose such information to any third parties without prior written consent of the Disclosing Party.
This Agreement shall remain in effect for a period of two (2) years from the date of execution, unless terminated earlier by mutual written agreement.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Non-Disclosure Agreement.
